198 - The Player of Zither

A player of zither without talent was singing from the morning until the night in a house with very well made walls.

As the walls were returning him the echo, he imagined that he had a magnificent voice, and so much he believed it, that resolved to appear in the theater; but once in the scene he sang so badly, that the public threw him out of the theater.

Let's not be the judges of ourselves, it could happen that our opinion ruins us.
